Arthur DiBianca lives in Austin, Texas. He has been a Libertarian activist for many years.
What is a Libertarian?
Libertarians believe you should be able to do whatever you want as long as you aren't infringing on the equal rights of others. Conflict in our society is caused by people trying to force their opinions onto others. Libertarians oppose using force to change people. It's okay to try to persuade others to change, but it's not okay to use government force. Live and let live.
Libertarians serve in hundreds of local offices across the nation and hope to serve in statewide offices some day.
"Vote Libertarian. Help downsize government across the board." -Arthur DiBianca

Oversees well plugging, pipeline safety, and waste disposal.
Monitors environmental compliance for oilfield operations.
2. Pipeline Safety
Oversees about 480,000 miles of pipelines in Texas, ensuring safety and reporting compliance.
3. Surface Mining and Reclamation
Regulates surface mining for coal and uranium and ensures mined lands are reclaimed.
4. Natural Gas Utilities

Let the market—not the government—decide the energy mix. Support “all of the above” energy development without subsidies or mandates for any source.
Oppose government picking winners and losers between oil, gas, wind, solar, or nuclear.
Encourage competitive access to pipelines and markets rather than monopoly protections.
Protect mineral owners and surface owners from government overreach and eminent domain abuse.
Require voluntary, market-based solutions for disputes between landowners and energy developers rather than one-size-fits-all mandates.
Hold operators accountable for well plugging and cleanup, but make compliance predictable and transparent.
Encourage bonding and insurance markets to handle environmental risks instead of taxpayer bailouts.
Use market pricing of risk — companies that create higher risk should pay higher insurance, not shift cost to others.
With over 100 Libertarians holding elected office nationwide, the Libertarian Party stands as America's third-largest political party. Explore further at LP.org and LPTexas.org to learn about our principles and candidates dedicated to individual liberty and limited government.
